Hi Just in case your replied just before I added the bottom paragraph, here it is again as looking at this model, it seems there maybe multiple chips on it from various wifi OEMs from Ralink to Realtek.
Will keep looking though. Windows 7 Home Premium bit SP1.

Here is a picture of it: Is there a generic driver for Win 7 that exists that would work? It would some a fe wminutes and then do nothing for the next 12 hours.
Already gave both of those methods a try. Belkin F5D7000 and Windows 7
I tried using the Dell network drivers, but got an error saying the hardware wasn’t correct I assume it checks to see if it’s a Dell motherboard, which it no longer is. I have taken a screenshot but without network connectivity I can’t email it or post it anywhere and I don’t have a USB stick.

User Name Remember Me? Just bought and installed Windows 8 and now my wireless card does not work. I have checked out those threads previously, but it seems the conclusion of the TomsHardware thread is ‘get a new card’ though people have got it working somehow! You must log in or sign up to reply here. Maybe one does not exist? They are so important that I like to say you don’t even have Win7 if you are not fully patched with all Important and Optional Updates.
The Vista driver didn’t work for me either. I downloaded the Vista driver from Belkin’s website, but it didn’t work.
So I plugged an F5D Belkin desktop wireless adapter into my desktop. Drivers Need to enable DHCP on Belkin Wireless G desktop card Hi there I have a pc running win 7 and a laptop running win7 I have just installed a wireless card on my PC but dont know how to enable dhcp on it and it doesnt connect to the internet Does anyone have any ideas?
